Terms of Use
Last updated 30 October 2026
Clurb is yours to use. Your notes are yours. The beta is free and still changing, so keep copies of anything important. Be kind and don't misuse the app.
1. These terms
These terms cover your use of the Clurb app and this website, made by Ernesto Pacheco ("we"). By using Clurb, you agree to them. Apps from the App Store, including TestFlight builds, are also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two ever conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
2. The beta
The TestFlight version of Clurb is a pre-release. It's free, it may have bugs, and features may change or go away before release. Please keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose, and tell us what goes wrong at hello@getclurb.com. Beta builds expire on the schedule TestFlight sets.
3. Your content
Everything you write, draw, save or copy in Clurb belongs to you. It's stored on your Mac, and we don't receive it. You're responsible for what you put in Clurb and for having the right to use it.
4. Using Clurb
We license Clurb to you for personal and professional use on Macs you own or control. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it, and don't use it to break the law or harm others.
5. Purchases
The beta has no purchases. When Clurb is released, it will be sold through the Mac App Store as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The App Store handles payments, refunds and Family Sharing under Apple's terms.
6. Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Clurb, with no obligation to you. Thank you for sending them.
7. No warranty
Clurb is provided "as is", especially during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free or always available, or that it will fit a particular purpose.
8. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of Clurb. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms as Clurb grows. We'll change the date above, and for big changes we'll say so in the app's release notes. You can stop using Clurb at any time by deleting it.
